Miss Hampton Holly Days Festival 2007 Appearances

November 23, 2006	Amy helps feed the homeless on Thanksgiving. It was through the Giving Heart organization and held at the Richmond Convention Center. She helped greet the guests which throughout the day consisted of 3,000 people. She also was able to speak to Governor Tim Kaine!
December 2, 2006 Noon	Maggiemoo's Ice Cream and Treatery Grand Opening, Celebrity Scoopers, City Center, Newport News Amy and Emily with Maggiemoo and James Cox, Wesley Rogers, and James Plessenger of Station 6, Squad 6 of the Newport News Fire Department Amy and Emily serve up some Maggiemoo's ice cream! December 2, 2006 7:00 p.m.	*18th Annual Hampton Holly Days Lighted Boat Parade, Downtown Hampton Waterfront* Amy and her mother, Kathy, on board Miss Hampton II for the annual Lighted Boat Parade. Amy and the Marines who were collecting toys for Toys For Tots One of the many lighted boats in parade. Amy speaks to one of the many children on board to see Santa. Amy prepares to sing carols and dedicated "Joy to the World" to the many military on board the Miss Hampton II and around the world.
December 9, 2006 6:30 p.m.	Hampton Holly Days Parade, "Holiday By The Bay", Downtown Hampton Steps off from the Radisson Hotel. Televised LIVE on WVEC-TV13 at 7:00 p.m. Amy wasn't able to ride in the parade. She had a solo performance with her choral group at William and Mary.
*December 30, 2006*	*BCCC Basketball Tournament---sang the National Anthem Hosted by the Benedictine Military High School, a tournament for private boys high schools.*
February 14, 2007	Veteran's Administration, Hampton Amy sings the National Anthem at the Hampton Veteran's Administration Hospital Amy, Emily and Allison Saul, Miss Hill City, visit residents at the VA Hospital.
*February 17, 2007*	Miss Williamsburg Pageant Amy poses with some members of the VMI Cadets who escorted the contestants in Evening Gown while other Cadets drew swords for an arch and presented the colors. Amy and Adrianna Sgarlata, Miss Virginia 2006 Amy and her William and Mary sister, Nathalie Fassie', the new Miss Williamsburg.
March 23~24, 2007	Miss Virginia Contestant Workshop, Staunton. Due to a prior commitment, Amy was not able to attend the Workshop.
March 31, 2007	Amy ran the monument Avenue 10K race in Richmond, and also helped/volunteered during the children's race. Over 1700 kids raced. The kids race is through the Fit for Life Kids Challenge Organization which I am a proud supporter and volunteer. We arrived at Monroe Park at about 6am to start preparing for the children that would run the race. We had to make sure that they were registered, had t shirts, and were kept track of by their parents :) Here I am waiting in anticipation with Evie, one of the coordinators and one of the many Richmond City police officers who helped. Our jobs during the children's race were to stand at the finish line and direct the kids to different "holding pens" were their parents could pick them up. It was quite celebratory, but at the same time complete pandemonium! Two beautiful little girls who ran the race, and were excited to see a "real princess!" My friend Matt and I ran the 6.2 miles in just over an hour, and in this picture, as you can see, we are quite exhausted! We had an amazing time though!
May 16, 2007	Hampton Veteran's Administration Annual Carnival
June 1~2, 2007	Amy will be at the Darling Stadium Relay For Life to help collect donations for the "Crowning for a Cure" Team and also to sing the National Anthem.
June 9, 2007	Summer Street Fest, Downtown Hampton, 6 p.m.
June 16, 2007	Coast Guard Family Day
