December 13, 2008 Holly Days Parade Downtown Hampton	Due to a prior school commitment, Shelby was unable to join us in the parade.
December 27, 2008	Shelby volunteered to help deliver wood for Project WARM in Richmond.
January 17, 2009	Singing the National Anthem at the 1st Annual Impact on People Youth Karate Tournament, Goochland, VA. Website is www.impactonpeople.com
February 11, 2009	Veteran's Hospital, Hampton Shelby was unable to attend this event.

March 29, 2009	Singing the National Anthem and competing at the USANKF Team VA Karate Qualifier Tournament. She will be singing, and then competing in Kata, Sparring and Iaido (Samurai Sword) competitions. This tournament helps athletes qualify to attend the USANKF Nationals this summer in Florida. December 19, 2009 Jordan and Troy Hedspeth - the young man who’s coordinated this event w/ the US Marines Toys for Tots for the last 14 years.	Jordan performed a solo during the concert featuring Troy Hedspeth at the Sandler Center in Virginia Beach. The entire Sandler Center was full and they didn’t have enough seats for everyone! They literally collected thousands of toys and this was a major success. Jordan with Troy’s wife, Jessica, and their 2 month old son, Noah.

Youth Matter America MLK Day Event Mount Sinai Church 900 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA Not only did Jordan receive a community service award but she helped with the Presentation of the Awards to the students that were winners for the “PEACE” stamp which is a special event tribute to Yolanda King. She presented with Lexie Overholt- Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen 2008.

March 7, 2009 Sentara Nursing Center in Chesapeake This event was coordinated by Andolyn Medina, Miss Virginia's Outstanding Preteen. She and her mother, Carolyn, set up the appearance and invited the other titleholders. Jordan performed for the patients. April 2, 2009 - Prevent Child Abuse Hampton Roads Celebrity Night Out Server Hampton Roads Chapter - An Affiliate of Prevent Child Abuse Virginia Jordan pictured with two time Olympic gold medalist, LaShawn Merritt, who was also on hand to assist at the event.	The logo has a link to the local affiliate website. Jordan will be serving at Il Giardino in Virginia Beach that night. We adopted a family thru VA Beach Social Services. The lady, Mateko Marshall, had 3 children and we supplied clothes, toys, etc. for them all. This was a coordinated effort with many others involved. The first picture has Jordan, Justine Callis, Preteen Chesapeake, Allison Exner, Teen Chesapeake, Anessa Zivic, Little Miss Hampton Roads and the mother. The pics were taken in the family’s home and the pic of Jordan alone is in front of their Xmas tree. (l) Jordan with the 2 little girls in the family we adopted. We went back a second time to take more gifts. (r) This picture is of the we adopted for a food basket. Jordan is also pictured with Little Miss HR, Anessa Zivic.
